Third District community council members serve in an advisory role to the Board of Supervisors and advise on matters including, but not limited to, public health, public works, welfare, safety and planning in said territory. Winchester-Homeland Municipal Advisory Council (MAC)

The Winchester-Homeland Municipal Advisory Council  (WHMAC) meets on the second Thursday of the month starting at 6:30 p.m.  All meetings are open to the public and held at the Francis Domenigoni Community Center.

Meetings regularly have speakers representing Supervisor Washington's office, local elected officials, various county departments, utility providers, public safety agencies, and others addressing items of local and regional interest.             Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council

            The Anza Valley Mountain Communities Municipal Advisory Council (AVMAC) meets bimonthly on the third Wednesday of the month starting at 5:30 p.m. All meetings are open to the public and held at the Anza Community Hall (56630 CA-371, Anza, CA 92539).

            AVMAC meetings regularly have speakers representing Supervisor Washington's office, local elected officials, various county departments, utility providers, public safety agencies, and others addressing items of local and regional interest.
