Melissa graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a bachelor's  degree in Political Science/Public Service and obtained her  M.P.A at the University of Southern California. She is passionate about helping the County and the Third District constituents by assisting the Chief of Staff, Robyn Brock, in land use.
