Ruben Quezada is a Board Assistant for Riverside County Third District Supervisor, Chuck Washington. Ruben graduated from California Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 

Ruben’s areas of responsibilities include the Public Safety Portfolio (Fire, Emergency Management, State/Local Law Enforcement Agencies, Probation), Youth Advisory Council (YAC), & Youth Commission.

Melissa graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a bachelor's degree in political science/public service and obtained her M.P.A at the University of Southern California. She is passionate about helping residents navigate the County's TLMA Department and the Third District with land use matters.
