Zuly Martinez

Zuly Martinez is a Legislative Assistant for Riverside County Third District Supervisor Chuck Washington with experience in public administration and human services. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University. Her career with the County of Riverside began at the Clerk of the Board and later continued into human services with the Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions. 

She currently serves as the district liaison for housing and homelessness, the Board of Governance, the Continuum of Care, Workforce Development, Community Action Partnership, the Department of Public Social Services, the Department of Child Support Services, and the Office on Aging.
