Medi-Cal Renewal Friday at Temecula DPSS Office

Looking to renew your Medi-Cal, but have questions or concerns?  You can get help from our Community Outreach Branch's mobile outreach team. They will be stationed outside the DPSS office in Temecula , Feb. 23, to assist you in renewing your Med-Cal. 

If you can't make it to the event, don't worry!  You can renew your Medi-Cal by any of the following methods:

• Online through BenefitsCal.com.
• By mail, fax, telephone, or in person at any DPSS office location in Riverside County. Call (877) 410-8827 for an office near you. The offices are open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• With the help of our partners, Catholic Charities of San Bernardino & Riverside Counties:
  • Contact Maria De Los Santos at the Riverside Regional Center (Center of Hope) at 3020 Madison Street, Riverside, CA 92504. Call 951-689-1803 for assistance. Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In-person help is available by appointment. 
  • Or, you can reach out to Jessica Cortez at the Coachella Valley Regional Center, located at 52555 Oasis Palm Ave, Coachella, CA 92236. Call 760-342-0157 for assistance. Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In-person help is available by appointment.
