French Valley Public Safety Town Hall Recap

Thank you to all who joined us for our French Valley Public Safety Town Hall. The projects and programs that were discussed are listed below:

Community and Homelessness Outreach:

• CBAT Mobile Crisis Response Team
• Homelessness Action Plan: 500 behavior health beds secured in the last three years, more than all other California counties combined.
• Emmy Award-winning fentanyl campaign: “Faces of Fentanyl”.
• California State Association of Counties AT HOME Framework implementation.

Road/Transportation Projects and Programs:

• Clinton Keith Road Extension Completion: Expected Late October 2023.
• French Valley Skyview Pedestrian Bridge Completion: Expected Summer 2025.
• Traffic Improvements near Belle Vista Middle School forthcoming.
• Community Resource Officer secured for Temecula CHP to address residents’ concerns.
• Highly anticipated second French Valley Fire Station underway.
