Melissa Morfin

Melissa graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a bachelor's degree in political science/public service and obtained her M.P.A at the University of Southern California. She is passionate about helping the County and the Third District with land use matters. 

Her areas of responsibilities include Transportation & Land Management (Building & Safety, Code Enforcement, Planning and Transportation), Flood Control and Water Issues, Public Works (Animal Services, Environmental Health and Parks and Open Space District), Wine Country Plan, Cannabis, Waste Resources. 

Community liaison for the unincorporated areas of Anza, Aguanga, Sage, and Wine Country.
